EXCHANGES WITH AUTHORIZATION ONLY

We will be happy to exchange any item purchased for any items we currently offer on the website. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all exchanges and reshipment of the exchange items are the customer’s responsibility. You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number for all exchanges within 3 days of purchase. All exchange items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and in new condition.

After your request is received, we will respond with a RA Number and the total that will be due from you to cover the exchange, restocking fee and any other merchandise you wish to purchase along with the shipping fee. You will be required to provide your payment information for payment prior to shipment of the exchanged items.

Note: If the item(s) you want for exchange are not in stock, we can order them for you however, your payment will be required when we receive your exchange merchandise back and prior to placing a special order for you. If the items you want are in stock, we usually ship same day and your payment for the exchange will be processed then.

If for any reason a return item is received damaged or not in “new condition” a credit will not be granted and the item will not be accepted for exchange. If you order any item that was not in stock at the time you ordered and we had to special order that item for you from Swarovski, it is not exchangable. If you return any items without authorization approval, items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Rhinestones4Less reserves the right to refuse any exchange request and return of any refused exchange item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

SIZING & COLOR DISCLAIMER

SIZING: The rhinestone size chart is provided to assist you with selecting the best size rhinestones for your project. We have done our best to depict an accurate view of the actual sizes of the rhinestones in the size chart(s), however, many factors can affect the actual viewable size. We do not guarantee the size you see on your computer screen you are viewing this website will maintain it’s accuracy due to the actual display settings of the monitor. We recommend you purchase a sample card so you can see the actual size and colors available. Please note that all colors available may not be on the sample card especially special coated colors and colors that are not maintained in regular production.

COLOR: Colors may appear different online - We try to represent colors shown the best way possible however, color shown may not represent the exact color of the rhinestone. Sample cards are available for purchase.

Swarovski lead crystal beads and rhinestones, lead crystal beads and components from other manufacturers, and certain other components from other suppliers may contain LEAD. Do not allow children to place  jewelry items or rhinestones in or near their mouths. Handle all crystal rhinestones with care and inspect for chips or breakage before each wearing. Broken crystals may cause cuts, scratches or other injury. Small jewelry items and loose crystals that are small enough to be swallowed may represent a choking hazard to children and pets. Do not allow children or pets to play with jewelry items.  Please note that Swarovski Lead Crystal components, Austrian lead crystal components and lead crystal components from other manufacturers contain lead.
