EXCHANGES ONLY ~ NO CANCELLATIONS ~ NO REFUNDS

We will be happy to exchange any item purchased for any items we currently offer on the website. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all exchanges and reshipment of the exchange items are the customer’s responsibility. You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number for all exchanges within 3 days of purchase. All exchange items must be returned in original packaging, unopened and in new condition.

After your request is received, we will respond with a RA Number and the total that will be due from you to cover the exchange, restocking fee and any other merchandise you wish to purchase along with the shipping fee. You will be required to provide your payment information for payment prior to shipment of the exchanged items.

Note: If the item(s) you want for exchange are not in stock, we can order them for you however, your payment will be required when we receive your exchange merchandise back and prior to placing a special order for you. If the items you want are in stock, we usually ship same day and your payment for the exchange will be processed then.

If for any reason a return item is received damaged or not in “new condition” a credit will not be granted and the item will not be accepted for exchange. Rhinestones4Less reserves the right to refuse any exchange request and return of any refused exchange item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

SIZING & COLOR DISCLAIMER

SIZING: The rhinestone size chart is provided to assist you with selecting the best size rhinestones for your project. We have done our best to depict an accurate view of the actual sizes of the rhinestones in the size chart(s), however, many factors can affect the actual viewable size. We do not guarantee the size you see on your computer screen you are viewing this website will maintain it’s accuracy due to the actual display settings of the monitor. We recommend you purchase a sample card so you can see the actual size and colors available. Please note that all colors available may not be on the sample card especially special coated colors and colors that are not maintained in regular production.

COLOR: Colors may appear different online - We try to represent colors shown the best way possible however, color shown may not represent the exact color of the rhinestone. Sample cards are available for purchase.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING NAME/ADDRESS:  Due to recent fraudulant orders received, we are no longer able to ship to an any individual other than the purchaser (Billing Name).  We can ship to the billing name at an alternate address, however, the alternate address must be within the same city and state as the billing address.  If you place an order and provide a different name and address (from Billing Name & Address), the order will automatically ship to the Billing Name and Address.  If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to contact us.
